{"id":964,"date":"2024-08-02T01:59:58","date_gmt":"2024-08-01T18:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/?p=964"},"modified":"2024-07-31T13:43:20","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T06:43:20","slug":"prosedur-dissolved-dan-biochemical-oxygen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/prosedur-dissolved-dan-biochemical-oxygen\/","title":{"rendered":"Prosedur Dissolved dan Biochemical Oxygen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Alat :<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2212 Lemari pengeram BOD dengan kisaran suhu -10 hingga 50<sup>0<\/sup>C dan telah distabilkan pada suhu 20<sup>0<\/sup>C pada suhu pengujian<br \/>\n\u2212 Botol BOD 300 ml<br \/>\n\u2212 Aerator<br \/>\n\u2212 Gelas ukur 100 ml<br \/>\n\u2212 Gelas piala 100 ml<br \/>\n\u2212 Peralatan untuk pengujian oksigen terlarut sesuai dengan skala SNI M-10-1990-F<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan :<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2212 Larutan pengencer<br \/>\n\u2212 Larutan Natrium Hidroksida, NaOH, 0,1 N<br \/>\n\u2212 Larutan Asam Sulfat, H2SO4, 0,1 N<br \/>\n\u2212 Larutan Natrium Sulfit Na2SO3, 0,025<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara kerja:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2212 Sediakan contoh uji yang telah diambil sesuai dengan metode pengambilan contoh uji kualitas air SNI 06-2412-1991<br \/>\n\u2212 Ukur 100 ml contoh uji secara duplo dan masukan kedalam gelas piala 200 ml<br \/>\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji bersifat asam atau basa, netralkan dengan NaOH 0,1 N atau H2SO4 sampai antara pH 6,5 \u2013 7,5<br \/>\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji mengandung sisa Klor, Cl2, tambahkan larutan Na2SO3 0,025 N sampai semua hilang<br \/>\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji tidak mengandung mikro organisme pengurai tambahan 1000 ml larutan pengencer sehingga pengencaran 2 kali.<br \/>\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji diperkirakan mempunyai kadar BOD lebih dari 6 mg\/l, encerkan contoh uji dengan larutan pengencer sehingga kadar BOD antara 3-6 mg\/l<br \/>\n\u2212 Aerasi dengan Aerator selama 10 menit sampai oksigen terlarut 7-8 mg\/l<br \/>\n\u2212 Masukan kedalam 2 buah botol BOD 300 ml sampai meluap<br \/>\n\u2212 Kemudian tutup botol BOD, hindarkan terjadi turbulensi dengan gelembung udara selama pengisian<br \/>\n\u2212 Contoh uji siap diuji<\/p>\n<p><strong>Persiapan pengujian :<\/strong><br \/>\nSiapkan peralatan dan bahan penunjang uji untuk pengujian oksigen terlarut sesuai dengan SNI 06-2424-1991 Cara uji:<br \/>\n\u2212 Periksa kadar oksigen terlarut nol hari dari salah satu botol BOD yang berisi benda uji sesuai dengan metode pengujian oksigen terlarut dalam air, SNI-2424-1991<br \/>\n\u2212 Masukan botol BOD yang berisi benda uji ke dalam lemari pengeram bersuhu 20<sup>0<\/sup>C<br \/>\n\u2212 Eramkan selama 5 hari<br \/>\n\u2212 Periksa kadar oksigen terlarut lima hari sesuai dengan metode pengujian oksigen terlarut dalam air SNI 06-2424-1991<br \/>\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji diencerkan, kerjakan tahap 1 sampai 4 terhadap larutan pengencer untuk pengencaran blanko<\/p>\n<p><strong>Perhitungan:<\/strong><br \/>\nHitung kadar BOD dengan menggunakan rumus:<br \/>\n(1) Contoh uji tanpa diencerkan BOD= C0 \u2013 C5<br \/>\n(2) Contoh uji yang diencerkan BOD = C0 &#8211; C5 &#8211; k (AP0 &#8211; AP5) x p<\/p>\n<p><u>Keterangan:<\/u><br \/>\nC0 : Kadar OT mg\/l nol hari benda uji<br \/>\nC5 : Kadar OT mg\/l lima hari benda uji<br \/>\nAp0 : Kadar OT nol hari larutan pengencer<br \/>\nAp5 : Kadar OT lima hari larutan pengencer<br \/>\nK : Koreksi sebesar (P-1)\/P<br \/>\nP : Faktor pengenceran<\/p>\n<p>Selisih kadar BOD maksimum yang diperbolehkan antara dua penguji duplo adalah 10 % dan rata-rata hasilnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alat : \u2212 Lemari pengeram BOD dengan kisaran suhu -10 hingga 500C dan telah distabilkan pada suhu 200C pada suhu<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[1717],"tags":[1767,1768,1769,1773,1774,1776,1771,1775,1772,1777,1770],"class_list":["post-964","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-mutu-air-untuk-industri","tag-biochemical-oxygen","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-bod-is-a-measure-of-the-amount-of","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-ap-human-geography","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-apes","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-epa","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-is-a-measure-of-the","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-lab","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-lab-report","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-levels","tag-biochemical-oxygen-demand-quizlet"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
