\n\u2212 Gelas ukur 100 ml
\n\u2212 Gelas piala 100 ml
\n\u2212 Peralatan untuk pengujian oksigen terlarut sesuai dengan skala SNI M-10-1990-F<\/p>\n

Bahan :<\/strong>
\n\u2212 Larutan pengencer
\n\u2212 Larutan Natrium Hidroksida, NaOH, 0,1 N
\n\u2212 Larutan Asam Sulfat, H2SO4, 0,1 N
\n\u2212 Larutan Natrium Sulfit Na2SO3, 0,025<\/p>\n

Cara kerja:<\/strong>
\n\u2212 Sediakan contoh uji yang telah diambil sesuai dengan metode pengambilan contoh uji kualitas air SNI 06-2412-1991
\n\u2212 Ukur 100 ml contoh uji secara duplo dan masukan kedalam gelas piala 200 ml
\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji bersifat asam atau basa, netralkan dengan NaOH 0,1 N atau H2SO4 sampai antara pH 6,5 \u2013 7,5
\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji mengandung sisa Klor, Cl2, tambahkan larutan Na2SO3 0,025 N sampai semua hilang
\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji tidak mengandung mikro organisme pengurai tambahan 1000 ml larutan pengencer sehingga pengencaran 2 kali.
\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji diperkirakan mempunyai kadar BOD lebih dari 6 mg\/l, encerkan contoh uji dengan larutan pengencer sehingga kadar BOD antara 3-6 mg\/l
\n\u2212 Aerasi dengan Aerator selama 10 menit sampai oksigen terlarut 7-8 mg\/l
\n\u2212 Masukan kedalam 2 buah botol BOD 300 ml sampai meluap
\n\u2212 Kemudian tutup botol BOD, hindarkan terjadi turbulensi dengan gelembung udara selama pengisian
\n\u2212 Contoh uji siap diuji<\/p>\n

Persiapan pengujian :<\/strong>
\nSiapkan peralatan dan bahan penunjang uji untuk pengujian oksigen terlarut sesuai dengan SNI 06-2424-1991 Cara uji:
\n\u2212 Periksa kadar oksigen terlarut nol hari dari salah satu botol BOD yang berisi benda uji sesuai dengan metode pengujian oksigen terlarut dalam air, SNI-2424-1991
\n\u2212 Masukan botol BOD yang berisi benda uji ke dalam lemari pengeram bersuhu 200<\/sup>C
\n\u2212 Eramkan selama 5 hari
\n\u2212 Periksa kadar oksigen terlarut lima hari sesuai dengan metode pengujian oksigen terlarut dalam air SNI 06-2424-1991
\n\u2212 Apabila contoh uji diencerkan, kerjakan tahap 1 sampai 4 terhadap larutan pengencer untuk pengencaran blanko<\/p>\n

Perhitungan:<\/strong>
\nHitung kadar BOD dengan menggunakan rumus:
\n(1) Contoh uji tanpa diencerkan BOD= C0 \u2013 C5
\n(2) Contoh uji yang diencerkan BOD = C0 – C5 – k (AP0 – AP5) x p<\/p>\n

\nC0 : Kadar OT mg\/l nol hari benda uji
\nC5 : Kadar OT mg\/l lima hari benda uji
\nAp0 : Kadar OT nol hari larutan pengencer
\nAp5 : Kadar OT lima hari larutan pengencer
\nK : Koreksi sebesar (P-1)\/P
\nP : Faktor pengenceran<\/p>\n
