{"id":967,"date":"2024-07-21T01:56:03","date_gmt":"2024-07-20T18:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/?p=967"},"modified":"2024-07-18T08:28:53","modified_gmt":"2024-07-18T01:28:53","slug":"pengujian-keasaman-dalam-air","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/pengujian-keasaman-dalam-air\/","title":{"rendered":"Pengujian Keasaman Dalam Air"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Peralatan:<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) pH meter yang mempunyai kisaran pH 0-14 dengan ketelitian 0,01 dan telah dikalibrasi pada saat digunakan.<br \/>\n(2) Buret 25 mL atau alat titrasi lain dengan skala yang jelas.<br \/>\n(3) Labu ukur 100 dan 1000 mL.<br \/>\n(4) Gelas ukur 100 mL.<br \/>\n(5) Pipet seukuran 10 mL.<br \/>\n(6) Labu erlenmeyer 50 dan 250 mL.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Persiapan benda uji :<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Sediakan contoh uji yang telah diambil sesuai dengan metode pangambilan contoh uji kualitas air.<br \/>\n(2) Ukur 200 mL contoh uji secara duplo dan masukkan ke dalam labu erlenmeyer 250 mL.<br \/>\n(3) Apabila contoh uji mengandung klorin tambahkan masing-masing 2 tetes larutan natrium tiosulfat 0,1 M.<br \/>\n(4) Lalu contoh siap diuji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara uji keasaman:<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Ukur 100 mL contoh uji dan masukkan ke dalam labu erlenmeyer 250 mL.<br \/>\n(2) Tambahkan 3 tetes indikator metil jingga.<br \/>\n(3) Apabila terjadi warna merah jingga, titrasi dengan larutan NaOH 0,02 N sampai warna jingga.<br \/>\n(4) Apabila terjadi warna kuning, buang contoh uji tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 18.
