Sampel yang diambil tersebut diawetkan dengan cara didinginkan sampai suhu 4<sup>o<\/sup>C. Sampel yang telah diawetkan ini kemudian dibawa ke laboratorium untuk dianalisis. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis sampel secara rinci disajikan pada Tabel 15. Pengumpulan data primer kualitas air permukaan dan air sumur dilakukan berdasarkan metode analisis yang tercantum dalam Peraturan PP.<\/p>\n<p>Nomor 82 Tahun 2001 tentang \u201dPengelolaan Kualitas Air dan Pengendalian Pencemaran Air\u201d, Permenkes Nomor 416 tahun1990 tentang \u201cSyarat-syarat dan Pengawasan Kualitas Air\u201d, SNI 6989.58:2008 tentang \u201cMetoda pengambilan contoh air tanah\u201d dan SNI 6989.57:2008 tentang \u201cMetoda pengambilan contoh air permukaan\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 16.
