{"id":1173,"date":"2024-08-05T03:46:30","date_gmt":"2024-08-04T20:46:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/?p=1173"},"modified":"2024-07-31T13:45:04","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T06:45:04","slug":"atmospheric-combustion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/atmospheric-combustion\/","title":{"rendered":"Atmospheric Combustion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">The ambiance of combustion including things that need to be controlled during the combustion process.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> To produce the desired product then we have to set the right atmosphere combustion.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Because of the importance of this, the atmosphere is the burning of special attention.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> There are 3 types of combustion atmosphere ie oxidation, reduction, and neutral.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> a. <strong>Combustion oxidation<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Is a combustion process in which the amount of oxygen required redundant, meaning that all elements of the fuel burned out, but the combustion gas still contains oxygen.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In the oxidation combustion flame tends to be shorter and clearer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> b. <strong>Arson reduction or called the incomplete combustion<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Is a combustion process in which the amount of oxygen required less and within the combustion gases still contain fuel elements, so that lack of oxygen is taken from the existing oxygen in the body is burned.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The flame tends to be longer and sometimes smoky (black).<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image_thumb-1.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"281\" height=\"308\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 34. Results of burning the glaze with a reduction atmosphere<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> c. <strong>Burning neutral<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Neutral combustion is a combustion process that goes perfectly.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In this combustion, comparison of the number of molecules of fuel material burned out and no excess oxygen.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Combustion will take place perfectly when the ratio between the number of fuel molecules and oxygen right.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image_thumb-2.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"284\" height=\"314\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 35.
