{"id":1197,"date":"2024-08-03T01:29:42","date_gmt":"2024-08-02T18:29:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/?p=1197"},"modified":"2024-07-31T13:45:03","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T06:45:03","slug":"ceramic-combustion-safety","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/ceramic-combustion-safety\/","title":{"rendered":"Ceramic Combustion Safety"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">In an industry that produces a product, aspects of occupational health and safety (K3) should be an important concern.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> This aspect should be considered given the human safety is something that is the most important among all other aspects.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In addition to producing the goods, in the crafts \/ ceramics industries also are aspects of potential losses \/ disorders of the human body.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Aspects of that danger can be minimized if we pay attention to the health and safety procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Aspects of danger (hazardeous) can result from processes that do or of the materials used.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>1) Process<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> There are processes that require us to be very careful and shall apply the procedures K3.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The things in the process of potentially harmful associated with the burning of ceramic objects, for example: \uf0b7<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Do not use heat-resistant gloves to protect your hands when taking objects from the furnace.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> \uf0b7<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Not to be careful when looking at the situation inside the furnace.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> We can peep through the spy hole.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Due to the circumstances in the furnace so incandescent, then we must use special protective glasses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image-29.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image_thumb-29.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"390\" height=\"149\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 45. Use protective glasses and gloves in the combustion process<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Some of the steps that would need to be followed in order to improve occupational safety and health, including: \uf0b7<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Materials that could potentially cause harm (toxic substances) need to be kept in a safe place and labeled or information about the potential dangers posed.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> \uf0b7<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> The existence of written guidelines on the handling of toxic materials that could pose a danger.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image-30.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/seni\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/01\/image_thumb-30.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"389\" height=\"155\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 46.
