Drilling mud<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. The preparation<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. Hardware circulation<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 4. The conditioning of sludge<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> In general, the drilling mud can be circulated in the following order: sludge in steel mud pit sucked by the pump &#8211; pressure pipe &#8211; stand pipe &#8211; rotary hose &#8211; swivel head &#8211; kelly &#8211; drill pipe &#8211; drill collar &#8211; bit &#8211; annular drill collar &#8211; annular drill pipe &#8211; mud line \/ flow line, shale shaker &#8211; stainless mud pit &#8211; smoked pump back and forth.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> This can be seen in Figure 4:31.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/01\/image-22.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/01\/image_thumb-22.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"313\" height=\"291\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 4:31.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Circulation system<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. <strong>Drilling mud<\/strong> is an important factor in drilling.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Drilling mud is initially only serves as a carrier powder drill (cutting) from the base of the drill hole to the surface.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The drilling mud has important functions in the drilling operations, among others:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Lifting the cutting surface.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Controlling the formation pressure.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Cooling and lubricate the bit and drill string.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Giving the wall in the drill hole with mud cake.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Resist cutting when circulation is stopped.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Reducing the weight of a series of drill pipe portion (bouyancy effect).<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Removing the cutting and sand the surface.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Get information (mud logging, sample log).<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; As media logging.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> There are two (2) important in determining the composition of the drilling mud, namely:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; The light and watered a drilling mud, the greater the rate of penetration.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; The heavy and viscous a drilling mud, the easier to control subsurface conditions, such as the inclusion of high-pressure formation fluids (known as &#8220;kick&#8221;).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> If this condition can not be resolved will lead to wild bursts (blow out).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. <strong>The preparation<\/strong> placed on the commencement of mud circulation, which is close to the pump mud.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Site preparation drilling mud consists of equipment that is set to give a preparation facility or drilling mud treatment.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> These include site preparation mud house, steel mud pits \/ tanks, mixing hopper, chemical mixing barrels, water tanks and reserve pit.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/01\/image-23.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2016\/01\/image_thumb-24.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"314\" height=\"460\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The circulatory system is one system that memegangperanan important in the operation of rotary drilling (rotary drilling) is the main<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[1865],"tags":[1688,1684,1687,1686,1685,1689,1691,1693,1690,1692],"class_list":["post-1185","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-english","tag-circulating-head-drilling","tag-drilling-circulation","tag-drilling-circulation-loss","tag-drilling-circulation-sub","tag-drilling-circulation-system","tag-drilling-circulation-tools","tag-drilling-fluid-circulation-system","tag-drilling-lost-circulation","tag-drilling-mud-circulation-system","tag-drilling-mud-circulation-system-pdf"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
