Tetapi aliran listrik tersebut tidak dapat kita lihat bila hanya sebuah kutub saja, tidak seperti halnya air yang mengalir. Karena arus listrik yang lewat itu tidak dapat langsung dilihat oleh mata kita, tanpa bantuan benda-benda lain, maka hal ini amat berbahaya, dan dapat mematikan.<br \/>\n<strong>a. Arde<\/strong><br \/>\nArde adalah sangat perlu untuk setiap peralatan yang menggunakan aliran listrik, pada badannya kita hubungkan ke bumi ( ditanam). Agar bila terjadi kebocoran arus listrik tidak mengalir ke orang, melainkan langsung ke bumi. Terutama pesawat-pesawat yang bertegangan tinggi, merupakan suatu keharusan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b. Pencegahan Terkena Aliran Listrik<br \/>\n<\/strong>Untuk menghindari terkena bahaya sengatan listrik, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan, antara lain:<br \/>\n1) Berilah tanda bahaya pada aliran listrik yang berbahaya, misalnya dipagari.<br \/>\n2) Gunakan bahan-bahan yang tidak sebagai penghantar listrik, misalnya sarung tangan karet, sepatu karet, peralatan-peralatan yang berisolasi karet.<br \/>\n3) Keringkan tangan sebelum menggunakan peralatan yang beraliran listrik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c. Tindakan Penyelamatan<\/strong><br \/>\nBila terjadi kecelakaan pada pekerja sebagai akibat terkena bahaya sengatan listrik, maka beberapa langkah P3K yang dapat dilakukan antara lain adalah :<br \/>\na) Mematikan tombol utama atau memisahkan si penderita dengan bantuan sebatang kayu panjang yang kering.<br \/>\nb) Kemudian lakukan tindakan-tindakan berikut seandainya si penderita pingsan.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image_thumb3.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"310\" height=\"247\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>c) Seandainya pernafasan berhenti, maka bersihkan sesuatu yang merintangi di dalam mulut.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image7.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image_thumb6.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"310\" height=\"247\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>d) Pegang tengkuk dan kemudian tekan bagian belakang kepala kedepan perlahan-lahan.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image10.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image_thumb9.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"356\" height=\"204\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>e) Tekan perlahan rahang bagian atas kemudian urut kebawah agar lidah terjulur bebas dan mendapatkan udara segar untuk dihisap.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image15.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/sipil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2015\/08\/image_thumb15.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"365\" height=\"227\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>f) Tekan lubang hidung korban dan hembuskan napas anda melalui mulut korban perlahan-lahan. Kemudian hentikan dan amatilah ada gerakan pada dada korban.
