Finishing Work Building"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Fulfillment of educational facilities that are part of the National Education Standards, to the attention of each educational unit.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> It is as mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System, Article 45 paragraph (1) which states that: Every unit of formal and informal education to provide infrastructure that meets the needs of education in accordance with the growth and development of physical potential, intelligence intellectual, social, emotional, and psychological learners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> In another explanation of Government Regulation No. 19 Year 2005 on National Education Standards, Article 1 states that: standards of facilities and infrastructure is a national education standards relating to the minimum criteria of the study room, a gym, a place of worship, libraries, laboratories, workshops, where play, where creation and recreation, as well as other learning resources, needed to support the learning process, including the use of information and communication technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Therefore, efforts need to plan maintenance and improvement of infrastructure performance on a regular basis so that it can support a continuous learning process.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Means are learning equipment that can be moved.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Infrastructure is the basic facilities for the functioning of the school.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Is building the infrastructure that is used to run a school function.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Minister of National Education in Annex PERMEN No.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> 24 Year 2007 on the Infrastructure Standards explained that the construction of new buildings planned in particular in order to have a minimum age of 20 years service life of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> While in Law No. 28 of 2002 on Building further requires that the age of the building must achieve a service life of 50 years.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> For the maintenance process needs to be well planned, for all building components in order to meet the minimum age required serviceability.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> With the presence of Act No. 28 of 2002 on Building, explains more about the importance of maintenance and upkeep of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> As mentioned in Article 1, which describes them:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> \uf0b7 The use of the building is utilizing building activities in accordance with a predetermined function, including maintenance activities, maintenance and periodic inspection.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> \uf0b7 Maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability of the building along with the infrastructures and the ingredients that are always worthy function.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> \uf0b7 Care is the activity of repair and \/ or replace parts of the building, components, building materials, and \/ or infrastructure and facilities in order to remain worthy of building functions.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> As reaffirmed in Law<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> 28 of 2002, Article 37 paragraph (3), namely: Maintenance, maintenance and periodic inspection of buildings must be made in order to meet the requirements worthy function.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Naturally any man-made building, over time will be damaged.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> It happened due to the influence of several factors that are slowly and gradually reduces the function of the parts of the building, so that by the time the buildings or parts of buildings will be damaged.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Factors that cause damage, such as changes in temperature, air humidity, dust and dirt, misused, as well as internal factors of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Damage caused to a building can be anticipated by performing routine maintenance effort and regular.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Broadly speaking there are two types of activities that must be considered in maintaining a building to keep it well:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1) Maintenance of the building is a building activity to maintain the reliability of infrastructure and ingredients so that the building is always worthy function (preventive maintenance).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Maintenance is carried out regularly and periodically so that the building is always in a state worthy function, maintenance is not carried out properly potentially on the occurrence of damage to the building so that the necessary action building maintenance.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2) Maintenance of the building is the activity of repair and \/ or replace parts of the building, components, building materials, and \/ or infrastructure and facilities so that buildings remain worthy function (currative maintenance).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Damage to the building that leads to the act of building maintenance, can be derived from factors inside and outside factors.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Factor in is the ineffectiveness of the maintenance process routine and periodic, while external factors including changes in extreme temperatures, the occurrence of natural disasters (eg earthquakes, floods, landslides, etc.) and any use of the building (eg loading excess on the building and not symmetrical \/ equitable, load electric power only rests on one of the electrical lines, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Presence Guide Care and Maintenance Building, is a form of recommendations for the building managers to plan, execute and manage the maintenance and upkeep of the building appropriately and efsien through the procedures and methodology that is simple and easy to understand.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Guidelines will distinguish between measures of maintenance and upkeep of the building in a separate section, to clarify the scope and course of action
