Menentukan ketinggian muka air di bangunan sadap<\/strong><br \/>\nTinggi muka air di bangunan sadap tersier pada saluran primer atau sekunder dapat dihitung dengan persamaan berikut :<br \/>\n<strong>P = A + a + b + c + d + e + f + g + \uf044h + z<\/strong><br \/>\nDimana:<br \/>\nP = ketinggian muka air di saluran primer atau sekunder<br \/>\nA = ketinggian lahan sawah<br \/>\na = lapisan genangan air di sawah (10 cm )<br \/>\nb = kehilangan tinggi energi disaluran kuarter ke sawah ( 5 cm )<br \/>\nc = kehilangan tinggi energi di boks bagi kuarter ( 5 cm )<br \/>\nd = kehilangan tinggi energi selama pengaliran di saluran irigasi<br \/>\ne = kehilangan tinggi energi di boks bagi<br \/>\nf = kehilangan tinggi energi di gorong-gorong<br \/>\ng = kehilangan tinggi energi di bangunan sadap<br \/>\n\uf044h = variasi tinggi muka air<br \/>\nz = kehilangan tinggi energi di bangunan tersier lain<\/p>\n<p><strong>b. Menentukan kemiringan saluran di lapangan,<br \/>\n<\/strong>Kemiringan saluran mengikuti kemiringan lahan pada peta topografi (kontur).
