a.<\/strong><\/span> Standard Nomenclature<\/strong><\/span>
\n The names given to irrigation channels and waster, buildings and irrigation areas should be clear and logical.<\/span> Given name should be short and does not have a double interpretation (ambiguous).<\/span> The names should be chosen and made such that if it is made of new buildings we do not need to change all the existing name.<\/span><\/p>\n

b.<\/strong><\/span> Irrigation Area<\/strong><\/span>
\n Irrigated areas can be named according to the name of the local area, or an important village in the area, which is usually located close to the main building networks or river where the water is taken for irrigation purposes.<\/span> An example is irrigation area Jatiluhur or irrigation area Cikoncang.<\/span> If there are two or more retrieval, then the irrigation area should be named after the famous villages in the areas of local services.<\/span><\/p>\n

For giving the names of the main building applies the same rules as for the irrigated areas, for example weirs serve DI Cikoncang Cikoncang evasive.<\/span> For example, see Figure 11. Goods weir is one of the main buildings in the river Dolok.<\/span> These buildings serve area Makawa and Lamogo, both are named according to the names of the main villages in the area.<\/span>

c.<\/strong><\/span> Primary Irrigation Network<\/strong><\/span>
\n Primary irrigation canal should be named according to the irrigation area served, for example, the primary channel Makawa.<\/span> Secondary channels are often named according to the name of the village located on the secondary plots.<\/span> Secondary plots will be named according to the name of the secondary channel.<\/span> For example, a secondary channel Sambak take Sambak village name located in the secondary plot Sambak.<\/span>

Irrigation channel primary \/ secondary divided into segments of the same capacity.<\/span> For example, RS2 is a secondary channel segment Sambak (S) between the tap building BS1 and BS 2. Building dodger or for is the last building in a segment.<\/span> The building was named after the upstream segment but the letter R (segment) is converted into B (buildings).<\/span> For example BS2 is building dodger at the end of the segment RS 2.<\/span><\/p>\n

The buildings that exist in between buildings for tapping such as culverts, bridges, gutters building falls, are named according to the name of sections in which the building is located also begin with the letter B (buildings), followed by lowercase letters such that building located at the downstream end start with “a” and the buildings located further downstream wear hurut b, c, and so on.<\/span> For example BS2b is the second building on the road RS2 in Sambak channel located between the buildings for BS 1 and BS 2.<\/span><\/p>\n

d.<\/strong><\/span> Tertiary Irrigation Network<\/strong><\/span>
\n Tertiary named as tertiary tap building from the main network.<\/span> For example tertiary S1 ki got water from the left door of the building for BS 1 which is located in the channel, the channel Sambak example.<\/span>
\n \uf071 sections of tertiary canals are named according to the name box that is located between the two boxes, for example (T1 – T2), (T3 – K1).<\/span>
