Process cooling systems work
By the time the engine is cold:
Pressure generated by the pump system and circulating water from the water pump to the water jacket to by pass hose back again to the water pump because at the moment the engine is still cold and the water was still cold so that the thermostat is closed as shown below 4:16.
At the time of the heat engine:
Once the engine gets hot, approximately at a temperature of 85 ° C thermostat begins to open and closed bypass valve in the bypass circuit so that the flow of cooling water flowing from the radiator to the lower hose, to the water pump, to the water jacket, to the upper radiator hose and returned to for cooled by the fan and the air round with the forward movement of the vehicle itself.
