There are several elements that form the basis for the formation of fine arts, namely: point, line, plane, shape, color, and texture.
a. Point
The point is the two-dimensional elements of art’s most basic (essential), of a point can be developed into a line or plane. an image in the image field will begin from a point and stop at a point as well.
The line is a tangible result of scratches and the limit of an object, space, time and color series. The lines can be long, short, thick, thin, straight, curved, wavy, vertical, horizontal, diagonal, broken, dashed, and so on. A wide variety of these lines have different characteristics-beda.seperti; hard, solid, stable, gentle, dynamic, movement, and much more. With this line media can be made in writing, drawing, graffiti, symbols, etc., so that the line becomes a key element in art.
c. Area
Field is an area created by a line, have a shelf-dimensional, wide and spacious and has a position, direction and bounded by a line. The shape is very bervariaisi field, can be geometric, organic, angular, irregular, and rounded. The fields are flat when arranged as if to form a three-dimensional impression.
d. Form
Point, line, or if the form fields will be visible. However small a point definitely has the look, size, color, and texture. Form of two kinds, namely:
Two-dimensional shape that has length and width dimensions
Three-dimensional shape that has the dimensions of length, width, and thickness / volume.
e. Color
The color is caused by light impression on the eye, therefore the color will not be formed if there is no light.
In general, the color can be classified menadi three main groups, namely:
1). Primary colors: red, blue, and yellow
