The biggest income from the management of a hotel room is sales, and income is the second largest food and beverage sales, both of which are sold in outlets restaurant owned by the hotel as well as the sale of food and drinks from room service (room service) implementation of the provision and processing, presentation and sale of food and beverages is under the responsibility of the Division of Food and Beverage / Food and Beverage Division.

So the main functions of the division of food and drinks are providing, selling and delivering satisfactory services to the customers and is the most important element of the service or the service provided to guests / customers.
