The main components of heavy equipment generally:
1. Hydraulic tank (Tank)
2. Pump (Hydraulic Pump)
3. Control valve (control valve) 4. Actuator (actuator)
In more detail, the main components of the hydraulic energy supplier Heavy Equipment are: Reservoir / tank, filters, hydraulic pumps, control valves, actuators, and cylinders / hydraulic motor.
Reservoir
Reservoir is a component of the hydraulic system that serves as a container for oil, both of which will lead to a hydraulic system and that would leave the system. Besides, it also serves as a reservoir of fluid supply to the entire system. There is a baffle in the reservoir which conducts / dissipates heat from the liquid center and also serves as a control equipment for the liquid.
Return line is on one side of the baffle and the suction channels are on the other side. Hydraulic tank or hydraulic tank serves as a shelter (provision) oil and can also serve as the oil cooler return of the hydraulic tank system, there is also that serves as the seat of Control Valve.
This reservoir has important properties are: Providing a place holder for pumps, motors, and other equipment. Have the ability to prevent foam contained within the system as well as separating air from the fluid. Are brought together which can send or supply the hydraulic fluid to meet the needs of the system.
Location / Place Reservoir
Place the reservoir should be free associated with ambient air, so there is good air circulation. Location reservoir is usually found at the bottom of the hydraulic system. It depends on the construction of the hydraulic tank and its usefulness for any heavy equipment. Construction on the hydraulic tank bulldozer can be seen in Figure 4:51 till 4:53.
