Digital Flowmeter

1. Electromagnetic Flowmeter
This flowmeter is used to measure the flow of liquid electrolyte. This flowmeter uses Hall Effect principle, the two pieces of copper wire coil with an iron core mounted on the pipe in order to generate a magnetic field. Two electrodes mounted on the inside of the pipe with a current perpendicular magnetic field and perpendicular to the fluid flow. If there is a fluid flow, the positive ions and negative ions-ino veering towards the electrode.

Thus occurred the voltage difference at the electrodes. To avoid electrolysis of the solution, can be used as an AC current generating a magnetic field.

2. Ultrasonic Flowmeter
This flowmeter using ultrasonic transducers Azas Doppler.Dua pairs mounted in a diagonal position of the pipe, both mounted on the edge of the pipe, to avoid damage and tyransmitter sensor, the sensor surface was prevented by a membrane. The path difference occurs because of the flow of fluid that causes changes in the received signal phase ultrasonic sensor
