Pressure Regulator Valves

There are several kinds, among others:
a. Pressure Relief Valve
This valve serves to limit the maximum working pressure in the system (safety). If there is more pressure out-let valve will open and the fluid pressure is discharged into the tank. So the pressure of fluid flowing into the system remains secure. This valve can also function as a sequence valve that is if he is connected to the other actuators. When the channel on the first actuator has reached full pressure valve will open a channel to the second actuator.

b. pressure Regulator
Pressure regulator serves to reduce the input pressure or the working pressure becomes a certain pressure. It is used when there is a difference in the system pressure requirement for each aktuatornya. This is also often referred to as reducing valve.

Actuators (drive unit)
This unit serves to generate motion or effort that is the end result or the output of the hydraulic system. Various actuators:
a. Linear motion actuator (straight Activator)
 – Single-acting cylinder (single acting cylinder)
 – Double acting cylinder (double acting cylinder)
b. Rotary motion actuator (rotary Activator)
 – Hydraulic Motors (Hydraulic Motor)
 – Limited Rotary actuators
