Food Quality

Located in a rapidly growing economy era, people are faced with the necessity to be able to always meet the need for food is not just a way to collect in the wild. Humans do not need to have to grow and cook their own food that will be eaten. Meals can be obtained at a diner or restaurant, but of course no home to buy all kinds maknanan offered, but must still choose healthy foods and in accordance with the body’s need for nutrients.

How much should be eaten and how effective ways to meet the needs should be our concern in choosing foods and ready meals. Good food is food that is healthy, safe and hygienic, and easy to obtain, easy to make, affordable and cheap price. Healthy foods are foods that contain nutrients that the body needs.

Safe food is a food that does not contain elements that are harmful to health, as well as good food is not contaminated by microorganisms or harmful chemicals. While the food is hygienically prepared food and served through a clean process. These foods if they meet the earlier elements (healthy, safe and hygienic) if consumed will provide benefits for the body so that optimal health is maintained.

Knowledge in planning and choosing good food needs to be known by the public. Errors in planning and choosing foods will have a negative impact on health. The impact of errors in foods not only be felt immediately after we eat certain foods. However, these impacts can also arise when we consume food in a long period of time.

The emergence of various degenerative diseases are caused by unhealthy diet, a person experienced after consuming food in the long term and sustainable. Errors in diet and unhealthy lifestyle habits can reduce the quality of health.
