Reading the Image Construction

Construction drawings to plan and create a building consisting of; floor plan, image pieces, and the picture looks.

1. Picture Plan
Plan is one of the most important parts of an image construction. Plan comes from the Latin word “Planum” which means “the base”. Further defined as the floor or a place where we stand. The floor plan is actually a piece of a building image in the horizontal plane with a height of between ± 80-100 cm above the normal floor (floor height of the point of having guessed ± 0:00).

The purpose of making the floor plan is to describe the three-dimensional spaces are planned, both in terms of relationships and function. Therefore, the floor plan includes space limits, the direction of the open door / window, notations gian floor heights. Informative if the drawings when viewed / read can be perceived dimensions and flexibility of space and can recognize fungsin space.

2. Picture Pieces
Figure piece is a picture of the building that is projected on a vertical plane and the position taken in certain places, mainly negative predictive floor (down). Figure snippet shows all the ingredients, both exterior and interior to be used and it comes with instructions that are key to the building systems, such as mechanical parts, plumbing and so on. The function of the image shows the proportion of the piece is the interior space and its completion.

Figure piece consists of a cross-sectional and longitudinal.

 

3. Picture Looks
Figure orthogonal projection, so graphically seen as a flat two-dimensional image. The pictures looked consists of 4 (four) side view, namely the face, left side, right side, and rear. Image appears to be demonstrated;
a. The character of the building itself.
b. Proportion and scale of the human (the wearer).
c. Other aspects concerning the subject of beauty and its relationship with expression drawings and pictures showing construction pieces.

4. Picture Plan
Floor plan, cuts, and looks generally united in the paper as a whole picture of the building plans. This is the basis of the implementation of the building work. In addition, the existence of these images necessary in taking care of Building Permit (IMB).
