Electric Motor

Electric load is the most important part of a refrigeration and ventilation systems because these components perform various tasks in the system actuation. The electric motor operates the compressor refrigeration, raising the pressure and circulating refrigerant at any time. Figure 2.1 shows a typical hermetic compressors are commonly used in HVAC units. The electric motor is used to drive the compressor capacity is below 2.5 HP motors single phase motors with the type of capacitor start and capacitor run.

For over 5 HP compressor typically uses 3-phase motors. (discussion of the detailed kebih electric motor will be discussed in chapter VIII. Figure 2.2 shows a typical condenser fan motor. The electric motor is used to operate the condenser fan small scale, typically used split capacitor motor type. For large-capacity fan used 3-phase motors.

Electrical load solenoid.Solenoid produce translational movement is commonly used in the relay and katub.Solenoid operate relay, opening and closing the relay contacts. The technician / mechanic should be able to recognize standard symbols share issued by various manufacturers, so that work can be optimized.
