When doing work for the purpose of maintenance or repair work piece, there are some things that must be considered:
a. Maintenance and repairs are carried out according to the procedures of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), manual / work instructions as appropriate.

c. Use tools properly.
When treatment is sometimes necessary auxiliary equipment to do so. However, without knowing the proper equipment to do the job can cause undesired damage. Therefore, an understanding of the tool into something that is very important in the maintenance and repair work. Workplace accidents caused by improper use of tools can harm workers, co-workers, goods and or the tool itself.
Below is an example of the damage and accidents caused by negligence of workers using the equipment while performing maintenance or repair in the workplace and because of the condition of the tools that are less or not maintained properly.
