Ideally unloading of ceramic after the combustion process in the furnace must be waiting for the temperature in the combustion chamber at the ambient room temperature. If the difference is too high can damage the goods and also the possibility of the components in a furnace that can not withstand the temperature shock will be broken. Therefore, let the temperature in the combustion chamber becomes equal to the ambient temperature outside the furnace fuel with a view pyrometer temperature indicators.
This is to maintain the security of items of equipment and components within the furnace. Before dismantling do note the following:
- After cooling sufficiently, open air circulation in the furnace, arrange for the circulation openings so that the cooling process takes place gradually and sudden cooling process.
- Note the temperature of the combustion chamber via pyrometer. When you are relatively the same as the temperature of the room outside the furnace, the furnace door can be opened. When the difference in temperature is still too high, wait until close to room temperature.
- Open the furnace door carefully with full aperture for easy unloading.
Demolition Process Objects
a. Prepare equipment such as rack thrust and if necessary gloves to protect hands from heat or objects that may harm your skin. Put the equipment on the stove that will be dismantled with the right position so as not to interfere with the process of dismantling.

a. Wash tungkun combustion chamber with a vacuum cleaner in order to clean and ready for use.
b. Save the leftover materials that can be reused in the same place. Materials that are not applicable should be discarded or placed on proper shelter.
c. Clean the place to be used in an appropriate manner so that the cleanliness and health of the room is maintained.
d. After completion of the demolition, furnace and combustion chamber should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner (vacuum cleaner) to keep them clean and ready for use.
