Peeling Process & Skinning

Peeling is the process of trimming the material needs to be removed the outer layer or skin. According to the dictionary of food science of technology IFIS peeling is the process of releasing the outer portion that surrounds the fruit and vegetables using a knife in particular peelers, also generally release the skin or shell of the egg that has been boiled.
