Treatment is to prevent damage and prolong the life and function of the tool to be used for longer, thereby reducing costs or expenses to be incurred by the hotel management. Having regard to the maintenance and meticulous care in machinery and equipment manual equipment will facilitate all the work and can save costs and it is the responsibility of every officer / people who use it under the supervision of Housekeeping Department.
Equipment virgin general guidelines are as follows:
a. All peraltan must be clean and dry
b. Check each will use and after use equipment
c. Use equipment according to function
d. Before and after use all equipment must be free of dust and clean.
e. Clear, dry and return the garbage bag on a tool that will be stored
f. Cable roll well, when finished using the tool, do not let the cable peeling (open)
g. To finish using the machine, pads (pad) floor polishing machine must be removed from the machine, wash and rinse thoroughly, and dry and then store in the warehouse are available.
h. All hoses, pipes and accesories on the vacuum cleaner must be removed from the machine, and kept in a clean and dry.
i. Check the contents of the cleaning dust bag vacuum cleaner, if you’ve filled soon exhaust and clean regularly.
j. Never leave equipment and machines when not in use, all the tools and machinery should be switched off and save it in place.
k. Do not store the tool against the wall, or door.
l. Report on the supervisor if there is any damage, even if the damage was minor. This is to prevent greater damage.
m. All kinds of goods in the warehouse must be returned in a clean and dry, and do not forget to store the tool in its original place.
