Quality of electric power is needed in relation to the quality of electricity supply and services. The growth of electricity consumption is gradually increasing in everyday life, especially for industrial use, the quality of electric power must also increase and become a larger and larger demands of the electric power users.
To record the quality of power generated by the centers of electricity used tool Power Network Analyzer Type (TOPAS) 1000 artificial LEM Belgium. Figure I.16 shows the Power Network Analyzer Type 1000 artificial TOPAS LEM Belgium.
Quality of electric power generated electricity center, the indicators include:
1. Continuity of supply, if available 24 hours a day throughout the year.
Second. Rated voltage, is always there within allowable limits.
3. Frequency value, is always there within allowable limits.
4. Wink voltage, whether the magnitude and duration can still be accepted by the users of electricity.
5. Harmonic content, whether it is still within limits acceptable to the users of electric power.

These five indicators can be recorded, if there are problems that do not fit, can be discussed quantitatively between providers and users of electric power, the device capable of recording at:
a) Flow of voltage and transient dalarn normal circumstances.
b) Harmonic voltage contained within.
c) Voltage Dips, variations in voltage, and the slope of the voltage.
d) Frequency.
