Commodities tubers can be processed into various products, both semi-finished products or intermediate products in the form of chips / cassava and flour as well as the finished product is a product that is ready for consumption. Processed products tubers are known in the community include tapioca, cassava flour, liquid sugar, chips, and others. Tubers processed products are made from cassava and other tubers.
Although various types of flour of tubers is already a processed product results tubers but the product is not including the finished product, even these products are used as raw materials for subsequent processing. Flour products can be used as raw material for making bread or cake / biscuits, ethanol, liquid sugar and others.
