First Aid Accident Burns

1) burns can result from, among others, by:
 Burned fire
 scalded
 Stung electric current
 Kejemur solar thermal

2) Based on the degree of tissue damage due to the fire victims, burns consists of:
 Burns level one, On the outer skin layer, the skin looks red, swollen and painful
 Burns level two, On the whole epithelium red skin, moist and raised blisters, very painful.
 Burns level three, the entire thickness of the skin and can also be deeper. Dry skin, such as leather shoes and it looks like charcoal, because the nerve is damaged, it is not so painful.

If a disaster occurs burns the major steps that can be done include:
1) Establish the level of tissue damage, expressed as a percentage of the body surface.

2) Bring immediately to the hospital, if the patient burns:
a) Level three
b) Level one and two, covering 10% of the body surface.
c) The level of the two, on the face, hands, genitals, and joints.

3) Treat the patient if the transport is not possible and if the transportation is not necessary, such as:
a) One-degree burns
 Soak the affected body part in the water until it is clean and the pain was reduced.
 If the body can not be soaked, cover with a clean cloth dampened with water.
 Cover with a dry sterile dressing.

b) second-degree burns and three
 Clean carefully burns.
 Take a dry tissue.
 Go to the nearest hospital / health center
